Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the YuE Music platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

YuE Music provides artificial intelligence music generation tools powered by YuE2 foundation models running on GPU acceleration clusters. Users can submit lyrics and musical prompts to synthesize audio compositions.

3. Credit System & Payments

Generations consume platform credits debited at the time of job reservation. In the event of an unrecoverable GPU worker error or manual cancellation prior to synthesis, credits are automatically refunded to the user's account balance. Credit purchases are subject to payment provider terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their original submitted lyrics. Output audio files are generated using open-source and proprietary neural weights subject to applicable model license agreements and acceptable use policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall YuE Music be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
