1. Information We Collect

We collect account information (such as your email address and authentication credentials) provided during registration, generation input data (lyrics and musical style prompts), and transactional billing records managed through our authorized payment providers.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used solely to provision the Service, authenticate API requests, route generation jobs to GPU workers, maintain credit account balances, and safeguard the platform against abuse and rate limit violations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Audio outputs are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage buckets namespaced by user ID. Download access is restricted to time-limited presigned URLs (600-second TTL). Database records are protected by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

4. Third-Party Processors

We process payments through verified payment gateways (Midtrans, Duitku). We do not store raw credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated generation history at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
