You agree not to use the YuE Music platform to generate, distribute, or facilitate any content that:

• Impersonates living individuals, celebrities, or copyrighted artists without explicit legal consent.
• Generates deceptive voice cloning intended to defraud, mislead, or harass third parties.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or explicit harm toward individuals or groups.
• Infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary audio recordings.
• Attempts to exploit, disrupt, or circumvent GPU resource allocation, rate limits, or billing mechanisms.

2. Copyright & DMCA Notice

YuE Music respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any output or user-submitted content violates your copyright, please submit a formal takedown request to our copyright agent with proof of ownership and specific generation identifiers.

3. Enforcement & Account Termination

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Service without credit refunds. We reserve the right to report unlawful activities to relevant authorities.
